  1. nice job

  2. For anyone who doubts the relevancy of the D700 in 2016 as I did: https://flic.kr/p/KTsPSS https://flic.kr/p/KTsQnu https://flic.kr/p/LfqVsd https://flic.kr/p/LfqVeC

Taken at the Atlantic City Airshow this year with the Tamron 150-600. It's a heavy beast but it's a beast nonetheless! I picked mine up on Amazon used for $690 with 7000 actuations.

  3. I tried the D600,  besides feeling like a toy, the focus points were all clustered together like a swarm of angry hornets.  I found my eyes really straining to use it.  The d700 focuses quite easily and feels substantial in my hands.  When it comes to resolution there just isn't anything like it.  The cool factor is definitely there.

  4. ive found a d700 for under 500$ for the same price I could buy a d7000. wich camera do I buy?

  5. Awesome videos! Do you sell any of your gear?

  6. Getting back into photography, but for family and vacation pictures, have a Nikon prosumer 8800. Got it because of magnesium body. since not needing anything over 8 x 10, it has suited my needs. I believe if you understand a cameras capabilities and limitations, you should be able to get great or at least acceptable pictures. Coming from my film days shooting with a F2AS, I will be looking into the D700 – I prefer simple and the "brick". Question now is, is it the extra $ for the D750. Thanks again for your no BS channel!

  7. I would never buy a D600. D700 is every bit as good as my D3 for focusing and IQ. The build quality difference is night and day between the old & new cameras.

  8. simply solved buy both

  9. D750 vs D700 can you compare them?

    would you sell D700 for a D750?

The best review. I currently own D700 and D7000. Having an opportunity for a wildsafari soon. Since everyone is talking about af tracking capability of sony a6000, i gave it a try, well my d700 still far better. With said i will keep the A6000 for video and other casual shots.
