I HAD SUBSCRIBED TO YOUR CHANNEL & NOW I HAVE MADE MY MIND TO UNSUBSCRIBE IT!

You are misleading beginners, and portraying a wrong definition of what photography is all about!

I've seen a lot of your video's, and certainly you have a skill with lightroom!
i wonder do you really know how to take pictures with a Camera instead of creating the whole scene in lightroom?
Knowing how to take the picture is much much more important than creating it!

  2. I am having trouble with the improving/management in lightroom. I am very good at file management but lightroom got me. Any tips?

    Hi caramel!

  5. You need to invest in a Dead Cat wind filter.

  6. serge , nice quick LR tutorial video but a few issues. you never told them how to get to the Develop module after you imported the photos. you just started editing. you forgot to tell the new user to hit the "D" for develop key. also due to your video screen size it's very hard for someone with a small tablet to see where you are clicking with the mouse so they will have a harder time to follow along. on your otter YT videos you always zoom in close when you do mouse clicks so it's easier to see what you are doing. also on your video text info you are calling it the Retouching module which doesn't exist. it's called the develop module. this will confuse a new person. just some things to consider. thanks. I love all your vids

  7. How come you don't look through the viewfinder??

  8. Why de-saturate instead of the black and white option of lightroom?

  9. I would love to go to one of your work shops. Do you have plans for a workshop soon?? love your work.

  10. Now that I did watch your your video: Where are the "5 simple tips" then?. About 2/3 of the video its related to photography in common or commercials, but it is not related to b/w exposure. I don't know how others think about this. To me it was just a waste of time.

  11. Sorry to tell you, maybe this has been covered by some of the comments also (I did not check that), but your sensor got major pollutions. It shows up in every photo presented by you at exactly the same position. In my opinion the first lesson you should talk about is to how to cleanup my equipment. Then we can talk about bracketing and all the other stuff. Sorry I dont want to sound mean. It is just my opinion.

  12. Nice video thanks. Also nice of you to take your dog along I am sure enjoyed the day also

  13. Tres bien! Awesome!

  14. Thank you very much!

  15. Thank you soooo much????

  16. What the heck!! You were in LA which means I had the potential chance of meeting you :O

  17. I see that you use the saturation slider in the Basic section of Lightroom  ( on the far right side ) to change a colour image to B&W.

I have noticed that id I go to the HCL section, one can bring all the eight individual color saturation sliders to 0 BUT then I can still change the luminance of the colours.

I find this offers a bit more control than just one slider. And by lowering the luminance of blues/greens and increasing the reds, i can somewhat simulate the effects of good old panchromatic Kodak Plus-X film. It's also a great way to better control the tones in the sky, trees, etc.

  18. I'm an up growing photographer that's only doing black and white. My instagram is @mesteereus. Video was awesome and I'm jelly

  19. Your sensor needs a good cleaning.
